2nd Shift Material Handler - Tenneco : Job Details

Manually (or by hand truck, power hoist, or industrial fork truck) moves materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated places in the facility or on to trucks by performing the essential functions listed in the next section. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials/containers to be moved. Opens containers and unpacks materials. Issues receiver number for all items received. Maintains receiving lots and photocopies for Finance department; Supervisor, Materials; and Requisitioner. Assembles crates to contain products to be shipped. Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
