Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00 pm to 11:30 pm)Train on first shift (7 a-3:30 p) move to 2nd shift after training. Set up and operate CNC coiling machinery to form springs per exact specifications. Read and interpret blueprints. Handle and feed wire materials into coil forming machines. Shape and form wire into compression, extension, and torsion springs using both automated equipment and hand tools. Perform heat treating to achieve correct spring strength and flexibility.
