Founded in 1992 in Grenada, Mississippi, this company has grown into a state-of-the-art facility that employs approximately 1,100 individuals. Their innovative culture is supported by a dedicated research and development laboratory, where they design and test future products. Hours 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Role Description As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of assembling HVAC products, including evaporator coils, air handlers, and unit heaters. You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of our products according to company standards and quality guidelines. Qualifications

• Experience in product assembly or a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math skills
