2nd Shift Assembler - HW Staffing Solutions : Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our production team on 2nd shift. This is a benchwork, seated position in a cleanroom-like environment requiring a smock, PPE, and hairnet. You will perform hands-on assembly of small parts using epoxies, bonding agents, torque tools, and light microscopes. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a crafting or fine motor skills background, such as building models, jewelry making, or other small part assembly. Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical, optical, and electrical components per work instructions. Use RTV, epoxy, and bonding adhesives for part integration. Perform accurate visual inspections and functional tests throughout the assembly process. Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards including ESD procedures.
