What You Will Do As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of full-stack engineering, product innovation, and direct customer impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with enterprise clients to deploy advanced AI technologies, build mission-critical applications, and deliver value fast. You won't just write code-you'll solve real-world problems alongside customers, iterate quickly, and own product outcomes from day one. You will:

• Build production-grade applications and features across the full stack
• Deploy and integrate cutting-edge AI tools with enterprise systems
• Collaborate deeply with customers to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions
• Travel as needed (up to 50%) to work directly with customer teams
• Contribute to the design and evolution of internal AI platforms

Ideal Candidate Background We're looking for engineers with:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or similar technical roles
• Strong full-stack experience, with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Next.js, React, and FastAPI
• A solid GitHub presence (ideally 2,500+ commits/year)
• A track record of taking ownership of technical challenges and seeing them through
• Previous experience in customer-facing or deployment-focused roles (consulting, technical product management, founder, etc.)
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred

• Experience deploying solutions in regulated industries (law, finance, healthcare, government)
• Background working with enterprise clients or on enterprise software deployments
• Familiarity with AI/ML, analytics, or data science technologies
• Prior experience at a startup, or in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Education from a top-tier institution (not required, but a plus if no other standout credentials)
