West Chester University of Pennsylvania Facilities Division invites applicants for temporary vacant position of Custodial Worker 1. The shift available is Monday to Friday from 6 a.m.- 2 p.m. As part of this community, the Facilities Division designs, constructs and maintains a dynamic, safe, and sustainable campus to continually advance its nationally benchmarked living and learning community. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of campus by vacuuming, mopping and waxing floors, cleaning carpets; emptying waste containers; cleaning restrooms, shower rooms, classrooms, offices, elevators, studies, hallways, stairwells, steps and lobbies; replacing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes; and removing snow and ice in all doorways, including walks leading to buildings.
