With proven solutions, award-winning technologies, and a team of expert problem solvers, Navitas has consistently empowered customers to use technology as a competitive advantage and deliver cutting-edge transformative solutions.What You'll Do:Navitas is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to support enterprise-level solution design, data modeling, and platform integration initiatives. The architect will lead the design and validation of scalable technical solutions that meet complex business needs while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Solution Design & Architecture

  • Validate and refine business and technical requirements for alignment with enterprise architecture.

  • Design robust and scalable system architecture leveraging Microsoft Azure services and D365 capabilities.

  • Define system components, data flows, integration points, and infrastructure specifications.
• Use Case & Data Modeling

  • Design and validate end-to-end use cases and ensure traceability from requirements to solution components.

  • Develop detailed data models and support data virtualization strategies that ensure secure and efficient data access.

  • Support the creation of architecture artifacts, design specifications, and deployment blueprints.

• Project & Platform Support

  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

  • Provide support for system testing, validation, and troubleshooting across all development phases.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and mentor technical teams on architectural standards and tools.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 5+ years ofexperience in solution architecture or enterprise-level systems design.

• 5+ years ofhands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture (Finance, Operations, CRM, or other modules)

  • Microsoft Azure tools and services, including data integration, app services, and security

  • System and data architecture design principles

• Experience with requirements gathering, use case development, and technical documentation.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience working with public sector clients or within large consulting environments.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

• Exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC) or agile project management methodologies.

• PMP, CSM, or related certification (or actively pursuing).
