East Stroudsburg Universitys Department of Physics is looking for candidates to be considered for future temporary vacancies. Located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, ESUs proximity to New York City and Philadelphia provides convenient access to professional markets, careers, and social activities. Adjunct faculty will primarily teach general education courses (PHYS 101 Physical Science; PHYS 110 Sound, Waves and Light; PHYS 117 Energy), algebra-based introductory physics lectures and labs (PHYS 131 and PHYS 132; Fundamental Physics I and II), and calculus-based introductory physics, combined lecture/lab (PHYS 161 and PHYS 162; Physics I and II).
