Indotronix is seeking a 100% Onsite Job - Aircraft Assembly Technician-Vertical Lift - 2nd Shift for a Job Opportunity in Mesa, Arizona.Clearance Required : NoPosition comments: Shifts: second, 1:30 pm - 10:00pm Onsite/remote/hybrid: 100% onsite Location: Mesa, AZ Clearance: N/A Ability to lift over 50 LBS. Ability to climb, stand and kneell for long periods. This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.Job Description : The Company has an opening for an experienced Aircraft Assembly Technicians in Mesa, Arizona, the home of the Apache Longbow Helicopter. The selected candidate will assemble, modify and install aircraft assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, systems and airframe structures on aircraft systems.Position Responsibilities: Electrical technician with wire harness experience, Complete documentation accu***ly Operates tools and equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, wire identification and associated tools Assemble, disassemble, install, test, troubleshoot, rework, repair and modify aircraft mechanical or electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, systems, following manufacturing planning, blueprints, schematics, process specifications, engineering sketches, written and oral instructions. Identify nonconforming parts, conditions and processes. Inspect assemblies, component parts, and airframe structures for non-conformance. Report discrepancies to manufacturing self-examination (MSE), corrective action (C/A), or manufacturing supervision. Ensure all assemblies and detail parts are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and non-conformance issues. Report all non-conformances to manufacturing supervision or corrective action representative. Prepare rejection tags noting deviations from specifications on dimensions, finishes, material, processes, or quality when required. Follow all safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions to safety officials or manufacturing supervision. Report on job status and restraints to coworkers and supervision. Identify production inefficiencies and suggest potential improvements to product or process. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and displays a positive attitude Effective verbal and written communication skills Work overtime as requiredRequired Skill Set : Do you have experience interpreting and working from Engineering Specification Documents and written and verbal instructions Minimum of 1 year of electrical experience Able to climb, stand, bend, kneel, reach, crawl, and walk on or around aircraft or work stands Desired Skills Set : Minimum of 1 year experience with electrical assembly and/or electronic materialsEducation Qualification : This job requires a minimum of a high school diploma/GED and 1 to 3 years of work related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Indotronix is an Equal Opportunity Employer
