Level Equity, a NYC-based private equity firm focused on growth-stage software and technology investments, is seeking Summer Analysts to join their investment team starting in May 2026.

• Identify, qualify, and analyze new investment opportunities.
• Manage a pipeline of potential deal prospects.
• Research different technology sectors and build relationships with CEOs of rapidly growing companies.
• Support the investment due-diligence process.
• Contribute in-depth analysis and M&A pipeline development work for existing portfolio companies.
• Monitor macro and micro industry trends to recommend new sectors of technology for evaluation and potential investment.

• Strong record of academic and extra-curricular achievement with proven leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network, communicate, and collaborate with colleagues, company executives, entrepreneurs, and business partners.
• Exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.

Minimum Salary: $100,000 annual salary, paid pro-rated for the term of the summer program.
