We have an intern opening in Project Management in support of the Germany and Netherlands Patriot Program Area. You will gain exposure to the skills required to manage programs through the product life cycle from proposal through post-delivery support.
As a Project Management intern, you will acquire an understanding of what is required to be the Project interface and drive overall program performance including the use of technical, financial and schedule metrics and various project management methodologies. You will help to ensure programs meet customer objectives by working closely with other functions to support rapid closure of issues utilizing analytical capabilities and communication skills. You will work in a results-based culture with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
You will experience problem-solving techniques as you work closely and learn from other program management leads in a collaborative team environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Project Management.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:The salary range for this role is $37,000 - $82,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
