High School Diploma Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred but not required Must be able to stand on your feet for four to six hours and in any weather condition Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Skills: Ability to promptly follow directions from management and co-workers Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers Commitment to co-worker, customer, and vehicle safety Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Job duties: Greets each customer with a smile, offering transport or assistance of any sort. Provides quick and pleasant customer courtesy, service, and satisfaction. Follows all established procedures for Shuttle Drivers, including pre-game cart inspections, designated routes, and regular, effective radio communication.
