Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (MBA LDP)

This four-year program aims to develop future finance leaders at Johnson & Johnson. It offers diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, and ongoing coaching and development to prepare participants for senior roles.

Rotations & Assignments

Participants will complete two rotations at the Finance Manager level across various business sectors within Johnson & Johnson. These rotations include functional areas such as:

  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Controllership
  • Business development

The goal is to build strong finance and business acumen, technical skills, leadership capabilities, and company knowledge, positioning participants for roles at the finance director level and beyond.

Training and Professional Development

The program provides:

  • Targeted onboarding and business acumen training
  • Networking opportunities with peers and senior leaders
  • 40 hours of classroom and e-learning training in the first year focused on leadership and technical skills
  • Ongoing specialized training throughout the program
  • Support to obtain CMA certification during the program
Coaching & Development

Participants will receive:

  • Regular coaching from their supervisor
  • Support from peer and leader mentors
Location

Initial positions are located in or near New Brunswick, Raritan, Titusville, NJ, or Horsham, Spring House, West Chester, PA. Future rotations may occur at other J&J sites in the region.

Compensation

Annual base pay: $130,000Performance bonuses, sign-on or early incentives, and eligibility for benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and paid time off are included.
