Seasonal | Full-Time or Part-Time Be the friendly face that helps guests start their Snowsports journey! As a Snowsports Desk Attendant, you'll assist with in-person, phone, and electronic requests for ski and snowboard lessons across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of the excitement of the mountain. Responsibilities & Duties
- Schedule and register ski and snowboard lessons for immediate and future bookings
- Process lesson registrations accurately, both manually and electronically, following department protocols
- Assist in registering school groups and other recurring lesson programs
- Manage high-volume in-person and phone traffic, especially on weekends and holidays
- Support management with various daily and weekly operational tasks
- Prepare and balance a daily deposit for all processed funds
- Provide general resort information to guests and assist with inquiries
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred)
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays with schedule flexibility
- Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI) if 18 or older
