Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring MIG (TIG Welding is a Plus) Welders. Perks & Benefits: Monday-Thursday | 6 am-4:30 pm (Overtime as needed, including Fridays) Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire. Pay Rate $15/ Hour - - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to hot/cold temperatures and concrete floors - - Job Duties:Perform typical MIG weld operations including: set up welding equipment, weld according to blueprints, clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding and inspect final products for quality standards. Detect and report defective or questionable materials to the supervisor. Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment. Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment. Follow safety rules. Other duties as needed. Job Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDMIG (TIG welding is a plus) welding experience.
