1st Shift Live Receiving Lead - Bell & Evans - Farmers Pride : Job Details

The live receiving lead is responsible for overseeing the live receiving area as well as helping to keep the department flowing efficiently while maintaining quality to a high standard ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned. - Department setup and tear down - Ensure department needs are met during shift - Communicate well with team members and ensure that their needs are met - Monitor equipment performance and ensure KPI's are being met - Monitor quality and food safety standards are being met - Maintain department efficiencies - Make decisions about day-to-day operations.
