1st Shift - Fabrication - Staffing : Job Details

Staffing Inc is partnered with a family-owned company in Grand Rapids, who is actively looking to hire a qualified Fabricator who is ready to start as soon as possible! The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on tasks across various stages of the plastics fabrication process, from initial material preparation to final assembly. This role requires attention to detail, be dependable, team player and safety conscious. Fabrication Benefits:

Fabrication Responsibilities:

• Deburring
• Cold bending with a break press
• Heat bending
• Plastic injection and extrusion welding
• Drilling
• Tapping
• Install threaded inserts
• Acrylic gluing-display cases

Fabrication Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and write in English
• Capable of using various machine tools, micrometers and calipers
• Capable of reading a tape measure
• Capable of using hand tools
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable and punctual
