Work in all areas of the plant, flexible as needed or required.
Prioritize work orders and schedule technicians according to immediacy and necessity of orders. Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production. Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, or replace electrical and electronic devices. Receive wiring diagrams, specifications, and instructions from supervisor covering emergency and schedule repairs, installation, and electrical inspections work to be performed. Work with the mechanical team on major installations and as needed to promote a team environment. Stimulate to maximize safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity in all aspects of maintenance. Work closely with other maintenance and production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department. Attend meetings as scheduled and called. Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Must have overall knowledge of the Electrical/Electronic Operation and the industry. Must be people oriented, be able to understand employee's needs, good motivator, and be able to teach new skills to employees. Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures. Good communications skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational, math, and statistical skills. Good work history and attendance. Team player with leadership skills. Electrical/Electronic or related training preferred. Member of the Hazmat team. Resume required.
