This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.Lockheed Martin's OneLM Organization Change Management team is hiring an Organization Change Management Lead (Staff) to support the 1LMX Model Based Engineering portfolio.What You Will Be DoingIn this role, you will partner with executive leaders, mid-level managers and front line employees to support all change & learning activities to build the appropriate levels of awareness, increase change acceptance and user adoption. These change activities will include the following:

• Change impact analysis
• Stakeholder analysis
• Role mapping
• Survey construction and deployment
• Analysis of survey results
• Training development & delivery based on survey feedback/results

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following

• Executing stakeholder engagement strategy
• Executing change impact collection and analysis
• Creating end-user communications regarding changes
• Preparing materials and facilitating team meetings
• Creating presentations and talking points for executives through individual contributor presentations.

Who You AreYou're a seasoned and accomplished lead, with a strong track record of driving results in fast-paced environments. You bring hands-on experience in change management, having successfully led change impact analyses, stakeholder analyses, and role mapping initiatives. You're skilled in crafting and deploying surveys, analyzing results, and incorporating feedback to inform methodology and training development. A strong communicator, you excel at stakeholder engagement, developing targeted communications, and designing effective training programs, including instructor-led and web-based training, quick reference guides, and other instructional materials. You're also an experienced facilitator, able to lead meetings and deliver executive briefings that drive alignment and action.
