Job Description:

Analyze training and development needs of the organization and individual business and practice teams. Create and implement training programs to train new hires and improve expertise of existing teams with contemporary information technology skills, tools, and technologies. Setup infrastructure including hardware, software, servers, Virtual Machines, etc., needed both in company Data center and on the cloud. Document strategic planning on trainings. Perform software development activities that may require extensive analysis in areas including 3D geometry modeling, 3D visualization, software design, and user experience. Use Big Data, SSIS, SSRS, C++, .NET, Oracle SOA, Power BI, Hive, TIBCO, Apigee, MuleSoft, Java, ASP.NET, Python.

Requirement:

Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 6 months experience as IT Manager, Specialist, Project Lead, Software Engineer, or DBA. Related experience must include using C++, .NET, and Oracle SOA. Acceptable bachelor's degree with 5 years experience as equivalent to a Master's.

Location: Primary worksite is Frisco, TX, but relocation is possible.
