SALLY STORE MANAGER:

Starting at $21.00/hr, depending on experience.

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, staff, and assets by following safety and security protocols.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operations, finance, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals.
