Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of general management experience including financial accountability, plus 4 years supervising at least 50 associates, or 4 years of management with similar supervisory experience. Effective January 26, 2019, all associates must complete required trainings and assessments.

Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, experience as a Store Manager in a low or medium complexity store, or 2 years in a high-volume retail store managing a grocery area. Other qualifications include experience in store management and leadership roles.
