As Senior Manager, UX Product Design, you'll lead and grow our Design and Research team, set operational standards, and develop your team. You'll work across functions, contributing your human-centered design expertise to deliver successful products, collaborating with business leaders, and guiding your team as a mentor. Minimum QualificationsOption 1: Bachelor's in relevant field + 5 years' experience. Option 2: 7+ years' experience. 2 years supervisory experience required.
Preferred QualificationsDesign certification, master's degrees, industry experience, and expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design.
