This role involves driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business strategies, removing barriers, providing resources, establishing performance standards, and supporting continuous learning. Minimum Qualifications...Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and either 3 years of experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related areas, or 5 years of similar experience.
Preferred Qualifications...Preferred candidates will have developing and delivering training experience, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management Certification, Retail consulting experience, Six Sigma certification, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
