We are seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring associates utilize proper safety equipment.
• Maintain work areas, including keeping floors free of debris, ensuring equipment is operational, and hazards are removed.
• Request materials, supplies, parts, and repair services as needed.
• Manage daily operations of the production area by planning and establishing work schedules and assignments.
• Monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes, and practices for quality and effectiveness.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
• Assist in production sequence planning to meet goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely resolution of associate performance concerns and analyze departmental reports.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives by documenting and implementing new processes.
• Participate in training new hires and ongoing development of associates.
• Guide process improvements related to waste control, quality management, and process effectiveness.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with stakeholders, support plans and initiatives, and measure progress.
• Provide supervision, development opportunities, and mentorship to associates, fostering a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support company values, and uphold standards of ethics and integrity.

2 years' supervisory experience in a related environment (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, food processing). 2 years' experience in clerical responsibilities (e.g., data entry, Microsoft Office applications).

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, food science, or related area. Packaging experience in a related environment (e.g., dairy, food processing). Supervisory experience in a dairy, food processing, or manufacturing environment.
