In this role, you'll be at the heart of HR operations, influencing both daily activities and long-term initiatives that drive Walmart's mission and values.

• Partner with business leaders to execute people and business strategies.
• Manage HR functions including compliance, employee relations, and professional development.
• Analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
• Support talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Mentor and guide associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team.

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with change management and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
