Freight Manager

Manage freight flow through moving and loading freight manually as well as through extendables and powered equipment. Identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight utilizing warehouse management system terminal scales and scanners and maintaining records, logs, and forms. Keep work area organized and maintain freight flow through stacking empty pallets and moving empty pallets using a pallet jack and/or powered equipment. Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing. Embraces differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences. The hourly wage range for this position is $22.85-$26.35. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
