What you'll do atPosition Summary...What you'll do...Operational Implementation-Lead the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience. Coordinate onboarding efforts to ensure new associates adapt to club operations, culture, and expectations within their first 30, 60, 90, and 180 days. Reinforce training through daily routines and promote continuous learning and operational consistency.
