Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year of supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent Walmart Logistics management or supervisory experience. All associates must complete required training programs successfully.

Experience in logistics, customer service, IT, or supervising logistics teams. Preferred degrees include Bachelor's in Business or Logistics.
