What you'll do...

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
• Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
• Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation.
• Identify concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers and determine corrective actions or make recommendations for resolution.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development.
• Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and foster a culture of belonging.
• Attract, retain, empower, and develop talent, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
• Act with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart's culture, and being accountable.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results, considering their shopping needs, and applying business models.
• Drive continuous improvement, adopt new technologies, and support change management.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500 - $98,000, with additional compensation such as bonuses, stock, and regional pay zones.

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in related fields, or equivalent Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years supervisory experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office, supervising associates, and Walmart Logistics Management. Bachelors in Business or Logistics preferred.
