*Supervisor-Revenue Services/Remote - The Henry Ford Health System : Job Details

Supervises and coordinates associates engaged in revenue cycle activities including but not limited to registration, admissions, insurance verification and cash operations. Develops and refines departmental procedures, productivity and quality to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency. Establishes relationships with physicians, clinical staff and other departmental leaders. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associate's Degree or a minimum of three to four (3-4) years of revenue cycle experience including but not limited to billing, registration/insurance verification, point of service collection related experience is required. Two (2) years of progressively more responsible experience preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of revenue cycle processes is preferred. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows, and the Internet. EPIC experience preferred.
