Seasons in Bloom–A dynamic 40-minute performance that embodies the vibrant essence of life through the ever-changing seasons. This performance comprises artworks, fashion, music, and contemporary dance styles. Inspired by the powerful rhythms of nature in both New York and Japan, they celebrate the energy of spring, summer, autumn, and winter through fashion, performance, and art. Each season is a canvas, each outfit a statement expressing the joy of life and the unstoppable force of creativity. This is more than a show. It's a movement. It's a celebration. It's art in motion. Compensation$15/hour for rehearsals, tech, and show

Requirements

SarAika movement collective is seeking 10 models with a strong background in dance. All applicants must be 5'7 or taller. This casting is open to individuals of any gender identity, gender presentation, ethnicity, and age.

• Individuals with a genuine interest in the concept, Japanese culture, mixmedia, and the work of Naoko Tosa.
• Candidates must demonstrate a respectful and collaborative attitude, with the ability to remain flexible in both expectations and processes.
• Applicants must be able to provide their own total-black shoes for the performance (no white/colorful stripes, logos, or shoes' bottoms). Recommended shoe styles are those that you are comfortable walking and dancing in.

The form must include:* 1-minute dance video.* 1-minute model-walk video.* Dance/Model Resume.* 1 PDF portfolio containing: A recent headshot, A full-body/dance shot, Measurements: height, chest, waist, and hip (see the example below).* 1-minute video statement of interest about Naoko Tosa's work, outlining your motivation to join this project, and describing how your artistic perspective aligns with the project's objectives.
