Med-Scribe is seeking an Insurance Customer Support Representative to support Medicare customers during the 2025 open enrollment period. These full-time, contract roles offer the opportunity to work directly with walk-in customers - no cold calls, no commissions, just meaningful work helping individuals navigate important plan changes. We are hiring for: 3 agents at an established branch on the Westside of Rochester 3-4 agents at a brand-new pop-up location on the Eastside of Rochester Pick the location that works best for you!
