We invite you to experience the ideal, home-like environment where quality of life for our residents and staff is at the heart of all we do!The Registered Nurse-RN provides nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations and as directed by the Director of Nursing.Charge Nurse Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee and coordinate resident care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain resident confidentiality and dignity

Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Valid RN License
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry
• Prior LTC & Rehab experience is a plus!
