Provide support for CVS.com / RX Records, verifying insurance coverage and re-verifying existing patient insurances. Assist with data entry, mail opening, correspondence organization, and entering receipts into internal systems. Maintain communication with healthcare professionals, insurance carriers, and patients as needed. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data accuracy standards. Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment. Assist with documentation and follow-up regarding insurance and patient information.
