Duffy High SchoolJob Title: Non-CDL School Bus Driver Location: Career Success Schools - Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: 1 FTE Job Summary: Career Success Schools is looking for a responsible and safety-focused Non-CDL School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school, field trips, and special events. This role ensures the safe and timely transportation of students while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Type A or Multi-Function School Activity Bus (MFSAB) to transport students.
• Follow all traffic laws, school policies, and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
• Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
• Ensure students follow safety rules while on the bus.
• Communicate professionally with school staff, students, and parents.
• Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues to school administrators.
• Participate in required safety training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Ability to follow a set schedule and adapt to route changes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must complete state-required training for student transportation.
