The Branch Manager will oversee revenue development, profit and loss management, and team performance while spearheading initiatives to expand market presence. Key responsibilities include staffing, training, mentoring, and executing sales strategies that support growth.

• Business Development: Create and execute strategies to build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and key clients.
• Market Presence: Represent Eagle Title at industry events, maintain a positive community presence, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Compliance: Ensure settlements meet all regulatory and company standards while enhancing expertise through continuous education.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-building skills with 3–5 years of real estate or title industry experience.
• Active Maryland Title Insurance Producer's License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and title management software (Qualia preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
