Duration: 1 Year+ Contract

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Analyst / Software Engineer with experience in ReconNet or similar account reconciliation tools, batch processing, and compliance technologies including PCI standards. Responsible for designing and maintaining automated data processing systems, secure file transmission, and reporting tools in line with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support ReconNet processes, configure rectypes, manage report distribution, and maintain security structures.
  • Develop and maintain scalable C#/.NET applications (web, desktop, or cloud) throughout the SDLC, including coding in C#, Bash, Windows scripts, and SQL.
  • Develop APIs (RESTful, SOAP), and integrate with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and third-party systems like Coupa or Oracle.
  • Design, develop, and maintain batch processing jobs.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI 4.0 or ISO 27001 standards.
  • Create and maintain UFP file definitions and mappings.
  • Use scripting for secure file transfers.
  • Work with Control-M for scheduling and automation of batch jobs.
  • Implement authentication solutions using Active Directory.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code, perform reviews, and follow best practices.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, partner with product managers, QA, and developers.
  • Debug and resolve issues using Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Must Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in ReconNet or similar tools (IntelliMatch, BlackLine), including configuration, report building, and data structures.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, especially with financial reconciliation systems.
  • Strong skills in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and API development.
Tools and Practices:
  • Version control (Git), Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Azure.
  • Experience with batch processing, scripting (Bash, Windows), RDBMS, Control-M, AD, PCI/ISO standards, UFP.
Soft Skills:
  • Problem-solving, communication, independence, teamwork in Agile settings.
Preferred Skills:
  • Power BI, Power Builder, AI technologies (Open AI, RAG).
