Gather user requirements, analyze procedures and problems to automate and improve existing systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Analyze and recommend commercially available software. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems. Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. Locate code problems and correct errors by correcting codes. Utilize Oracle, SQL, UNIX, and Selenium. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 2 years experience.
