JOB SUMMARY: Traveling Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. They are responsible for delivering tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Master Fitters are also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, assisting with all store operations as required by their manager and must be able to travel weekly.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Conducts innovative tour-level fitting experiences* Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process* Oversees customer relations for their studio and personal clients* Maintain brand standards* Grows, maintains, and manages a network of business personally and across their studio* Build golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry* Utilizes relational selling methods to grow business metrics* Weekly travel required* Perform other duties as assignedClub Champion, an equal opportunity employer, is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
