• Salary: $45,000 to $105,000 annually plus monthly bonus potential

Role Summary: The General Manager oversees store operations, ensuring safety, professionalism, and profitability. Responsible for meeting company objectives and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain customers
• Ensure compliance with all statutes
• Implement sales, marketing, and growth plans
• Manage inventory, finances, and staff
• Maintain safety and customer service standards

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred
• At least two years' retail or customer service experience

Physical Requirements: Lifting, moving merchandise, traversing stairs, prolonged standing and driving, working in various weather conditions.
