Job Title: Bakery Helper
Requirements:
Must have own transportation (vehicle)! There is no public transport available! Pay: $17-$20 per hour
Responsibilities:
Act as an advocate for the company and embody POSH POP culture. Retain and demonstrate proper procedures delivered by enthusiastic managers. Use proper techniques for mixing, pouring, and storing batters and icings. Help wash dishes, bake and cool as needed. Prepare batters and icings to send to other bakeries when appropriate. Maintain a steady pace throughout your shift to ensure completion of tasks on time. Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with all housekeeping tasks as outlined in opening, closing, daily and/or weekly checklists. Accept shipments and packages. Report to work as scheduled and meet the requirements for the length of the shift. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience working in a kitchen or baking environment. Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.
