Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $28 to $34/hour

Experience:

• 1 year of PLC troubleshooting experience required
• 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience required

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: 1st Shift, 2-2-3 schedule; 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (overtime as needed)

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment
• Record work done on forms provided
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Identify parts needed and maintains inventory of parts in stockroom
• Performs efficient equipment changeovers

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of fabricating, pneumatics, welding and rigging required
• Good machine shop skills required
• Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems
• Fluent troubleshooting techniques required
• Good oral and written communication skills required
• Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently
