Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 3 to 5 years of property maintenance experience, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training preferred).

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift

HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of service requests and repairs.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Conduct regular property and unit inspections to identify safety, compliance, and repair needs.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment and system lifespan.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor work for specialized repairs and capital projects.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, inventory, and supply purchasing.
• Maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building regulations.
• Provide support during emergencies, including on-call scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving resident concerns and completing work orders effectively.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 35 years of property maintenance experience, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems.
• EPA or HVAC certification preferred.
• Proficiency with maintenance software, work order systems, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Yardi, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
