Job Description: The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy treatments to help patients recover and regain mobility, strength, and functionality. You'll work closely with a supportive rehab team and provide individualized care based on patient needs. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness
• Track patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous travel experience a plus, but not required
