Transport Admin - Rapier : Job Details

Transport Admin Location: CrickPay: £13.00 per hourShifts Available: Monday-Friday

• Day Shift: 06:00–14:00
• Night Shift: 14:00–22:00

We are looking to recruit two Transport Admins to join our team on a 6 – 8 week temporary basis, with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right candidates.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule transport operations efficiently
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues
• Update systems and ensure accurate transport documentation
• Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in transport planning or logistics coordination
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in transport management systems and Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
