Job Title: Lecturer in Electrical InstallationLocation: Essex Area (commutable from Chelmsford)Contract: Temporary, Full-Time or Part-TimeRate: £40 per hourAbout the Role:We're looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer to deliver high-quality theory and practical lessons to electrical apprentices on a temporary basis. You'll teach the Level 3 Electrical Installation curriculum, support learner progress, and help develop the curriculum. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a well-equipped, supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons on Electrical Science, Inspection, Testing, and Fault Finding
• Support and mentor apprentices through feedback and progress tracking
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to curriculum development
• Create a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' industry experience
• Passion for teaching and supporting apprentices

Desirable:

• BS 7671 (18th Edition)
• City & Guilds 2391
• Teaching or assessor qualification (e.g., PGCE, TAQA)
