We are seeking a freelance Sub Agent with pre-construction experience to join a highly regarded Tier 1 rail contractor. This is a long-term contract working on significant civil works within a rail environment, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity.

This role is inside of IR35 and you will also need a PTS
Roles and responsibilities:
Joining a strong, collaborative team and working with an excellent client, you will be crucial to the early stages of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating detailed methodology and constructability reports
Conducting and overseeing on-site surveys
Contributing to the pre-construction process to ensure project success
Collaborating closely with project management and on-site teams
Candidate requirements:
We need a proactive professional who is ready to hit the ground running. You should have:
Proven experience as a freelance Sub Agent, ideally within a pre-construction and civil works setting
A solid background in the rail sector
The ability to produce high-quality technical reports
A long-term mindset, ready to commit to a substantial contract
The flexibility to work from our London office three days a week and from home for the remaining two
