Capio is proud to be partnering with a leading law firm in Reading to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a well-respected team and handle a broad range of residential property transactions.
About the Role:As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential matters, delivering high-quality service to clients from instruction through to post-completion. You will be joining a forward-thinking firm that values professional development and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to progress files efficiently
Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and firm standards
Provide an excellent standard of client service at every stage of the transaction
About You:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or experienced conveyancing fee earner
Demonstrable experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
Comfortable using modern conveyancing and case management software
Able to work proactively in a busy and collaborative environment
