Purchase Ledger ClerkRotherhamSalary up to £27,000Hybrid working (1 day) / AAT study support / generous holiday entitlementReporting into the Finance Manager of a small manufacturing business, the successful candidate will be a highly efficient individual, capable of setting themselves tight targets and adhering to them. Our client is looking for a real team player to work within the transactional team to provide extensive support across all aspects of purchase ledger inclusive of:

• Processing invoices
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Liaising with suppliers
• Dealing with purchase ledger related queries
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc finance admin tasks

Person specification:

• At least 2 years' experience working within a similar role
• Strong communication skills 
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Accuracy and attention to detail 
• Ability to work on own initiative, taking ownership within the role
